Salt Drip Paintings
Helen loves this new paint.
The paint is made simply by mixing 1 part flour, 1 part salt, & 1 part water. I find doing 1/2 cup of each works well. Then color with food coloring. Put in squeeze bottles. I bottle mine at Sally's beauty supply. They needed the ever so slightest tip cut off. One of the bottles I cut too much off, but without the cut they got clog too easily.
Then let the young artist go to work squeezing it out on cardboard or insides of cereal boxes.
It takes a day or two to dry. The salt makes it sparkle a little bit.
