Helen will climb on anything she can. She knows how to scale the refrigerator shelves if the door is open (she also knows how to open the fridge). She attempts to scale the bookcases much to my anxiety. She learned how to do the piano. And one day when she was having a snack she decided it was best to eat on her high chair, not around it.

Loads of Laundry

Once a week (Fridays) we do all the laundry...there are always plenty of loads for Helen to help with. It is her job to push the laundry into the dryer and shut the dryer door. As for folding, she thinks it is her job to unfold everything I am scurrying to fold. Here's to looking forward to tomorrow's chore.

Cutest P.J.s

I love these pajamas of Helen's. Can't believe I actually found something this cute at Wal-Mart. Isn't she so cute in them?

You've got to try these

if you love cheesecake.

I made these wonderful bars last night from the Better Homes & Gardens magazine. They are soooo easy and 10 times more delicious.

Blueberry Cheesecake Bars

I tried these Cheesecake bars last night. They are fabulous. If you are a cheesecake fan like me you have to try them! I guess this is my second attempt at cheesecake. The last one wasn't so great. I had to change the recipe up a little because I didn't know if my guests liked coconut. They still turned out great and I am anxious to try it with coconut.

I substituted 1/2 cup oatmeal and ground it in the blender for the coconut. It provides similar texture.

Sorry Jake, I wish you could have been here. I'll make it up to you soon!
