Penquins - A Healthy Snack

I love making healthy, kid-fun snacks. I made these to give to a family in our ward as a thank-you. They are made with olives, cottage cheese, carrots, and jicama as the iceberg.

I LOVE IT! I'm so doing this for my next birthday party (and that's MY birthday party, not the kid's. I want cute penguins!)

I'm going to have to something else to replace the carrots when C. gets back though ... hrrrmmm...
